How Asher handles diagnosis data.

Asher uses diagnosis questions and local Windows diagnostic summaries to identify likely issues, show guidance, offer approved repairs, and support repair history.

What is stored?

Asher stores the problem text, session status, issue area, confidence, repair result, and diagnostic summaries needed to support the session.

What is not allowed?

Asher should not ask for passwords, upload personal files, or run arbitrary AI-generated commands.

How long is raw data kept?

Raw diagnostic snapshots and customer question text can be redacted after a retention period from the admin dashboard.

What remains after cleanup?

Session status, issue area, repair jobs, payment records, and audit events may remain for support, safety, and accounting.
